Sorry this website requires a working email address to validate each user before they can log in and access the courses.

To access a course you must purchase or be given an access key.

If you already have an account:

Sign in. On the Dashboard page, click the "Have an access key?" button on the top right of the page and enter it into the field provided.

If you do not yet have an account:

On the home page, click the "Get started" button on the top of the page. If you have an access key you can enter it here, otherwise you may purchase access.

All your purchased keys can be found by clicking "Mange Keys" at the top of the page.

If you copied and pasted the key, check that you have not included any additional spaces. The key is case sensitive.

You can download any your certificate as a PDF from the courses link to via the Dashboard Page.

Click the "forgot password?" link on the log in screen, enter the email address you registered with and we will send you instructions to reset it.

You can change your password on the Profile page or click the following link Password.

You can change your email address once you have logged in by going to your Profile Page, located in the drop down menu under your name, top right of screen.

Videos on this site are hosted on Vimeo.com and/or Youtube.com. Please ensure that you internet provider or workplace is not blocking access to these sites.

Playback can also depend on your internet connection speed and your browser – you will need a relatively fast internet connection to watch videos in HD. If you are accessing from a work or shared network, it could be a bit slow if lots of users are accessing the internet at once.

Videos not showing up? Activities not working like they should? Here's a number of things you can try if you're having trouble.

1. Check your internet connection

We recommend you have a reasonably fast connection to the internet to watch videos and listen to audio.

If you are at work or university, using a shared wireless access point or 3G connection, note that some networks use firewalls or proxies that can interfere with your connection to websites.

2. Update your browser to the latest version

We suggest having the most recent version of Chrome or Firefox. Safari, Opera and versions of Internet Explorer that Microsoft no longer support, are not fully supported.
